Less of a meme and more of a youyou

(gacked from [livejournal.com profile] obsessedmuch)

I know very little about some of the people on my friends' list. Some people I know relatively well. I read your fic, or we have something else in common and we chat occasionally. Some of you I hardly know at all. Perhaps you lurk, for whatever reason. But you friended me and I thank you.

But here's a thought: why not take this opportunity to tell me a little something about yourself. Any old thing at all. Just so the next time I see your name I can say: "Ah, there's so and so...she likes spinach."

I'd love it if every single person who friended me would do this. Yes, even you people who I know really well. Then post this in your own journal.

My personal goal is: to get over my writer's block, write my Obscure Santa thingy, and perhaps do something illegal this weekend.

I aim high.

Yet another lurker here, I first friended you for your Smallville fics, and have been insanely gratified that somehow every new fandom I jump to you end up writing fic for. It's like magic! And your fics are like crack. Magic crack.

Aaaanyway...about me? I live in KY, have the absolute worst memory of anyone I know, and am somehow unable to keep a dorm room tidy.

I sell the magic crack! I'm so pleased. Also, dorm rooms are not supposed to be tidy, and tell me about KY.

Well there's "not tidy" and there's "my boyfriend avoids coming over 'cause it grosses him out" and I always end up on the wrong side of that one. Oh well, his place is nicer anyway.

Kentucky is boring, and has finally given in and gotten all cold and wintery, which I am not good with. Louisville (where I go to school) is pretty nice most of the time, except when the wind blows the wrong way and I'm reminded that it's one of the 25 worst cities, air pollution-wise. Maybe it's the smell of the dog food factory that really hits it home, but I can't wait to graduate and move elsewhere.
