Holding out one hand with a gun in the other.

I have six gmail invites I'm more than willing to give to the first come and served visitors... well, except for the two I'm holding for [livejournal.com profile] rosenho and [livejournal.com profile] happyminion if they're interested in'em.

However, before everyone says memememememe, I highly suggest you read [livejournal.com profile] copperbadge's posting about the good, the bad and the gmail ugly. I like my gmail, but it has problems, so don't think it's going to fix the hole in the ozone for you.

Remember, nothing in life is truly free people.

ETN: Okay munchkins, no more invites, as they're being sent to the kids overseas, but Rosenho and Happyminion, they're still yours if you want.

ETN#2: [livejournal.com profile] elke_tanzer has a post about e-mail privacy, or lack thereof, and why gmail is not anymore evol than anybody else.

not sure you'd be interested in this, but at wilwheaton.net there's a site set up to donate gmail invites to military service men and women. the email they have through the military is pretty lowgrade, so it's hard to receive pictures and vid clips from home. so they're trying to get people to donate their gmail invites for a moral boost for the brave men and women serving in the military.

You beat me to it--I was going to post the same thing. I'd totally donate invites if I had an account, but in the meantime I shall just beseech people who do. :)

I'm on it right now, thanks!
