Why didn't anybody tell me that Egg Drop soup looked like runny semen with bits of egg and doesn't taste too different? Blech. I have to stop trying things I see on Iron Chef. In more uplifting news, Rescue Me is the shit! Ahhhhhhh! Firemen dating transsexuals and playing fuck buddies with people whose names you can't remember. That's a classy show. Yes. Plus, Dennis Leary.

I'm also currently enjoying being very petulant. It's the kind of thing that makes me want to kill people, a lot of them, but I've written enough HP for the week, let's try something new....you know how I like new things ;)

The whore sits in a chair in the corner, because that's what she is, a whore. She’s a whore that Sean’s bought and paid for when he could have Julia or – or somebody else.

Christian knows a whore when he sees her and she's definitely a whore, and these beds are lot harder than he remembers the ones in college being. Not that he spent a lot of time lying on his back in college; he preferred standing up, and being on top, and doing it in the stacks, and on the grass, and everywhere and anywhere he could. Not a lot has changed, but he can afford a better quality of bed now, so he’s not so averse to lying flat.

Except that beds can confuse people into thinking about intimacy and that always tends to lead him down a bad stretch...

It’s been a long time since he’s seen Sean naked. It’s been even longer since he was allowed to touch Sean naked, and he watches the whore watching him watching Sean.

She’s not fooled.

Sean’s fooled though. He can barely unfasten his own pants, and whether that’s because of the alcohol or his nerves is anybody’s guess, and Christian could help him. He could just reach out and touch and stroke -– and lose Sean forever, so instead he motions for her to help. Sean might break Christian with a word or a glare, or worse yet, leave, and that’s just... That’s no good.

So Christian takes the whore’s place in the corner, and he watches with narrowed eyes. He watches her unfasten Sean’s pants and pull down his boxers. He watches her take Sean’s thickness in her mouth and lick and suck do things that Christian hasn’t done -– or been allowed to do -- in almost twenty years.

Sean moans as she sucks his balls, and Christian fumbles and kicks off his own pants as she slurps on Sean’s cock, and her fingers go places that only he’s been.

Sean makes a keening sound, and Christian can taste the blood when he bites his lip. She keeps doing what she’s paid to do, and when Sean’s fingers thread through her hair Christian can feel the trimmed nails glancing along his own scalp.

He wonders what Sean sees in her. He wonders what Sean’s thinking of, who Sean’s thinking off. She’s so noisy and lewd and cheap; she’s not Julia, she’s – she’s kind of like him. But her performance is a little over the top, or a lot over the top, and that’s what she’s been paid for. That’s what she’s being paid for, and Christian lengthens his strokes as Sean’s panting grows louder and more erratic, and when Sean comes, the whore is the one who catches him before he falls.

In the corner, Christian shouts Sean’s name when he comes, and the whore is the one who wipes him clean when he sprawls out in the chair. She’s also the one who leads him over to Sean and watches as they stretch out side by side in lethargy.

Christian’s chest tightens as Sean turns toward him because this really is the turning point, and if Sean kicks him out of bed and out of his room and out of his life, he’ll die.

Christian has nothing without Sean.

He doesn’t breathe until Sean tosses his arm across his midriff and falls asleep.

Christian doesn’t even realize the whore has left the room until she comes out of the bathroom, and then he motions for her to pass him his pants and gives her all the cash he has.

Three grand is a lot for less than an hour of work, even by his standards, but he’s not paying her for her services, he’s paying her for his own time with Sean.

He knows she’s not the real whore in the room.

I felt it was an unconscionable travesty that there was NO nip/tuck slash in the world. I hope everyone will do their part to rectify the situation.

This fic? Yes. Exactly. Guh. Nip/Tuck is one of the queerest non-genre show, I've ever seen. I mean when Sean told Christian, "I always loved you the most," I yelled, "Kiss him, you bastard." Because Julia? Is just conduit. I think Christian is bi but can't or won't express it because of the sexual trauma he suffered as a child. He and Sean, perhaps, had some bi-curious experiment(or they subconsciously *want* to have sex), but Sean's self-image is based on his family, and his practice, and his straightness, so he can't confront that aspect of himself. I figure now that that's all fallen apart, Sean could do pretty much *anything*, including fuck Christian.

So, faster pussycat, slash, slash.

Egg drop soup may taste like runny semen, but remember that it really tastes like warm, salty broth with bits of egg in it. If it tasted like runny semen, there must have been too much thickener in there. Also, the technique of dropping beaten egg into boiling broth comes from all over the world, it's such a great idea.
