Bad news: I knew it was going to happen, I could feel it, but I prayed otherwise. Unfortunately, The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay *is* indeed being made into a movie. Production starts in March 2004, and I will have more details as I collect them. I must go sharpen my knives now.


Good news: I saw Return of the King today thanks to the always up-for-it kattiya. ( I said 'dude' a lot, but with different inflections )

More good news: We had dinner with happyminion and nebt_het and got everyone’s favorite Southern belle to try raw oysters and sushi. We’re all very proud.
