Multi-fandom burbling
a) O.C. fans, everybody thinks our show is really gay. Even the actors! Excuse me, especially the actors. Yeah, try and tell me the one about 'the women' again! I had some inner-Seth thoughts last night, but I'm still bitter at him and told him to piss off.
2) I wrote more Nott-verse. Sorry, Thousandth Man-verse: You and Me See How We Are
c)
* Jack/Boone. Wow. A little hurt-comfort goes a long way. D'you think Jack got a stiffie off fixing Boone up? I think so! Also, um, how upset was Boone that Jack and Sayid were punishing Sawyer without him? Soooo upset.
* Um, Shannon/Sun all the way, people! Or barring that -- Sun/Michael.
* Oh, Sawyer, not only are you an asshole, but you're a fucked up asshole. Who can kiss! Wow, I think it might be serious lust between you and I, now.
*
circe_tigana was right, Hurley's got a biiiig Jack-crush. A big Jedi-shaped crush.
* I need an Ocean's 11/Sawyer Nameless-Hottie-with-the-dimples-of-doom X-over. Dude, Rusty and Dimples! AHHHHHHH!! Shit, I may have to write that myself the need is so great. Danny would hate him and Rusty would find him so amusing and Danny would be jellus! (yes, deliberate spelling, relax) And then they would scam together when Danny was in jail, and Rusty would call from the road, and Danny would be all 'you better not be with that two-bit con', and Rusty would say, 'so what does that make you?'
FYI: a con man is short for a 'confidence man', and a confidence man has a two-fold job when attempting a con a) inspire enough confidence in his mark to sucessfully complete his scam and b) be confident in himself enough to sell his scam. Without A and B a scam won't work. It just won't.
A tell is something a con man reads off of his mark, but it also refers to signals you read when you're working with your shill.
A shill is the second person, or multiple people, involved in a scam to make it successful. For example: in one of those card-games on the street or the thing with the pea, you generally have the con, the shill pretends who wins the con to inspire confidence, and then you have the mark.
Now, everyone go forth and write con-man stories!
Who else is really excited that it's Thursday? I am! I may have to go write some porn or something.

All Grifting! All the Time!
And then I remembered they already did Ocean's 11/12 and that might be too much scamming.
and then I told myself to shut up.

So am I getting a plot synopsis? Are you actually going to write this? *prays* Because Luke needs to get laid, he really does. *pets poor Luke*
And oh! Do you know what Zach looks like yet? Is he a hottie? (that's not what TV guide spoiled you on is it?) Now I'm dying to how they're going to introduce him...
Josh needs to stop with the torture. *whimpers*

Danny: He gives reputable cons a bad name.
Rusty: 'Reputable,' Danny? I understand you're proud of what we do, but I don't think that means what you think it means.
Danny: Look at him, he's a greaseball. You can see him coming at 100 yards.
Rusty: You can? I admit he's got range, but I didn't think it was that far.
Danny: Do. not. tell. me.
Rusty: Good, cos there's nothing to tell.
Danny: You worked with that that thing?
Rusty: Hey, you married Tess. I'd call us even.

And now I imagining Rusty and Sawyer working together and more importantly eating a lot of fast food together like french fries. There would be something ridiculously awesome and hot about them eating french fries together. The would stare at each other the whole time. Each bite would be a challenge and they would be staring at each other's mouths the whole time and at the end Rusty would wipe his greasy hands on Sawyer's jacket.

I *heart* you so fucking much.

Well, recently there have been commercials on TV advertising it and looks like they're going to start airing it soon. And since I'd seen so much OC fic on your LJ and a bunch of others, I've just been all hyped over it, wanting to see if it's truly as slashy as people have been saying.
And from the promos it looks like an awesome show overall, so looking forward to it. Part of the excitement naturally comes from finally getting to read your (and some other great authors') OC fic.
Just thought I'd mention. :D

I knew you would fall for The Zack as soon as he batted his puppy eyes at Seth. Seriously, could he be any prettier?
And just got back from being out. You've ruined me. Desmond Harrington was there (who I wouldn't even be able to ID if not for you) and I kept thinking "Ian!" and waiting for
Ryan GoslingJamie to show up. He was v v cute though.I want a Zach!
Dude, there's this thing that people do on Monday mornings, it's called work. Now I know you've got those 'special' hours, but some of us have to get up on Monday and go to work. Before noon. Also, you saw Ian?! Awwwww.
Re: I want a Zach! <---I know you do
Hey! I work. Before noon. Sometimes. I do! ;p
I've been trying to get stuff wrapped up before I go WOO. Is there anything you want me to pick up for you while I'm in London? Some special tea? And what was that shopping list again? Cause I wasn't taking notes when you told me where I must go.
Ian was very cute - scruffy but cute. It was scary that I could recognize him. I BLAME YOU. Now if I could just get him and a shaved Jamie in the same room - how perfect would that be?
