Because he's gay. There is no other reason for why he's so oblivious to Summer. I'm straight and I am not oblivious to Summer.
My thoughts exactly. He is using Summer to get to Seth, duh. He digs Seth's *skillz*.
I *heart* Fireman!Ray.
Fireman!Ray is the kinda guy who inspires random acts of arson. ;)
