See, I don't think Cillian is pretty. He's ... different. Startling. He and JRM are clearly crazy Faeries. I'm not sure why they walk among mortals, but well, I'm fairly sure it involves angst, hunger, and possibly some vicious magic.

You're right about the pretty thing. He's not pretty, which is good as I don't tend to like pretty -- unless your name is Tom Welling, but he's not pretty, he's just hot. Right. Totally digressing. So, yis, I tend to prefer character to anything else, and Cillian, with his almost over-the-top eyes and mouth and freckles is just all about character.

That's it exactly. His mouth is almost sloppy ... his cheekbones are too dramatic, his eyes are electric. None of it seems to fit together. He's got big hands, he's too skinny. His hair is too dark for his skin. And together it's just ... startling. Noticeable. Not pretty, not handsome, very Cillian Murphy.

i don't get the tom welling love, i never have, i never will. he's sooooo not my type
