It's probably like a big waiting room with really crappy magazines which Draco flips through so that he can mock all the celebrities and Ron rolls his eyes a lot and threatens to turn Draco into a newt if he doesn't shut up, but they eventually get bored with this and sneak off into the bathroom to have sex.
