Also, after staring lovingly at Julian there, I was thinking that I would *love* to read a little bit about him in school.

God, what was Julian like in school? Not a bully, or a jock, I think there are two possibilities, one he was bullied unmercilessly at his boarding school in Ireland and he became a spy for hire, because then he'd get respect and he could put the bullies in their place. Not overtly popular. It's possible he was the class lothario, the one your mother say on Parents Day and said, "Stay away" -- but really he's too classy for that. He was the Mystery Boy I suspect. I don't know, I think I need to consult with Kassie, unless you have some ideas...

first of all, Julian LIED about the Irish school thing, HELLO, he went to school in Scotland, omgwtf! You might have heard of it? Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry?
AND
Julian Slytherin Prefect and NOT having gone to school under the blanket of Harry Potter-inspired Slytherin loathing, he parlayed his school career into many many contacts that came to be useful in his later *cough* career. In his fifth year, they reinstated the Random Student Exchange from Durmstrang and Beauxbatons, and he met several people who came to instrumental in his later meeting Irina.

He never *said* he went to school in Ireland, that's season one analysis by Marshall of his accent during the old skool days. I mean I know what *I* think -- I think Narcissa saw what Lucius did to Draco and said, "fuck that" and sent Julian off to be cared for by transfigured house elves.

You're right, Marshall was just wrong. Maybe two of the Slytherins in Julian's year were Irish? AND maybe it was before Snape was head of house and the head was Irish? heehee. Julian could be a Ballycastle Bats fan.

Hmmm. That is interesting. But if he's a Malfoy, I don't think he'd put up with any of that for long. He'd at least come up with ways to get back at his tormentors in rather wicked ways. Everyone would eventually be terrified of him while the professors doted on such a sweet, innocent boy who, for some reason, has only, like, two friends.
I don't think he'd be quite as fucked up as Sark when he was a kid but at least have some of those same father issues.

But Sark Sark would also be very interesting, especially if you dropped him in to Hogwarts.
