Happy New Year, chickens!! I hope this finds everyone reasonably well and no longer hungover. I send a large container of wonton soup to everyone with the sniffles or those who are just, you know, staying home for mental health *coughSGAmarathoncough* reasons.

Just to deal with old business:

a) I wrote 7 Days to Change Your Life for yuletide, which is Grey's Anatomy, George/Izzie. I know. Only yuletide could make me break out the het. Well, yuletide and BSG, which OMG is back on Friday!!!

Excited? Who? Me? Hells, yeah, bitches. If nothing else, perhaps it will inspire someone to write something so I can stop snorting up the SGA recs over at polyfandomrecs. I love those girls, but I cannae keep up -- which, you know, not necessarily a bad thing.

2) I am not doing a yearly story round-up, because, well, I write too much for that. If you're interested, here are my memories and you can go through and have yourself a party.

If you want me to rec you something I wrote, leave me a comment with what you're after.

If you want me to rec something someone *else* wrote last year I have to say I was tremendously partial to scrunchy's Chasing Sheppard (SGA); svilleficrecs Intra (BSG); dsudis's Hawks and Hands (due South); and giddygeek's Good For You which is Entourage. and obviously anything written by ethrosdemon, serialkarma, oxoniensis and circe_tigana, but that's just blantant favouritism.

I would not consider myself a member of SGA fandom, but I find myself compelled to read the stories, because they're so fresh and enjoyable, and this has lead to me your comm, and so I have pimped you, at least twice ;)

I started watching the show after reading the fic because the fic was so good. It's like every good fic writer (*sucks up* Except you, of course) from every current fandom came together for SGA and created one super-fandom.

To make a pretty little filled in heart type this - & h e a r t s ; only without the spaces.

You can make them colored too by putting < font color = " green " > or whatever color in front - without spaces and remember to close it off or all your text will be that color. You know already lol
