Stephanie Plum people (runpunkrun and antheia and anybody else who reads the books), I had a thought that Yancy Arias (Thief, Kingpin) would be a really fabulous Ranger, so if someone were, like, writing Ranger/Morelli, not that I am because I am busy and that totally wouldn't get written til like June/July, but then who would you cast as Morelli?

These are taxing questions that I ponder when I'm supposed to be kicking out Chapter V of Twentysomething.



ETA: Song of the Day: Bell x1 'Reacharound' -- I discovered Bell x1 last year at some point, liked them, but didn't think too much of it. I classified them as Downtempo on my iPod, good for hangovers and Sunday brunch, but nothing too stellar, and then a few weeks ago I tripped over this single. Priceless doesn't even cover it. The title means exactly what you think is means but assume no one could ever put out a song about. The singer even tells you upfront, Always good for a reacharound.

Someone should really write a story *cough* or some comment porn about that. Or you know, provide me with more Bell x1.

Yancy Arais as Ranger would work very well. Morelli? I'm not sure, some of the better suggestions for him over at Janet's site was Antonio Sabato Jr., Adrian Paul and Benjamin Bratt. What George Cloony and Lance Armstrong were doing on the casting list I can't grasp. James Franco isn't bad!

Morelli/Ranger huh? that would be like *hot*.

Antonio Sabato Jr BEFORE the horrible scary plastic surgery...yeah! Now...not so much...no.

Even though Morelli has a scar in his left err right,left-right eyebrow, that would be a bit much to explain away yes :S

He had plastic sugery? But WHY? He was so hot in Janet Jackson's video... sixteen years ago, but still.

I second Benjamin Bratt, he may not be italian but he moves right. Plus, I want to see him play a significantly more entertaining cop than the whiner on Law & Order.
