Tim and Landry are totally the new love (although the best thing about FNL is that it's a revolving door of love).

You have Tim down pat, I can just see him talking, interacting, moving, just being Tim in your story.

Add in Landry's woe and self-awareness and this is just goodness.

Also, I like how you've emphasized the parallels between Landry and Tim: so, so different and yet somewhere in between they are alike.
