As for Heroes. Yeah, see, first I forgot it was even going to be on, which is never a good sign in a relationship, and then I knew something was up when I did the unthinkable and read sparky77 and scribblinlenore's reactions before the show aired. They confirmed my worst fears...

There's no Nathan in this episode. None. Nada. Niyet. Niente. And this is why I forgot Heroes was going to be on, because my Nathan radar didn't pick anything up.

No Nathan, no interest. I told y'all this back during mid-S1, when there was concern that Nathan might be offed. No Nathan no hackthis. Are they still showing K-Ville?

Although, apparently the PTB stuck Peter in a storage crate and shipped him off to the land of bad Irish accents, because they were so afraid of the BroYay. Yeah, really. That is why Peter's in fake!Cork with some chick they are shoving down his (and our) throat. They're so afraid of the BroYay that they made him forget Nathan and stuck in some chick.

Wow, that's some powerful fear there.

Oh, and welcome home Sylar. At least you're interesting.

ETA: Someone somewhere said they gave TPTB two weeks to reunite Peter and Nathan. Personally, I see them dragging this out for a while, definitely until November sweep, which frankly, pains me a lot.

I am thrilled to see Damian Lewis back on my telly in Life. I just love how much enjoyment he seems to get out of that role; it makes me happy, which is good because I was not happy with the premiere of Friday Night Lights.

Um. I dunno. Frankly, I think Nathan being depressed as fuck, living in Peter's apartment, and wearing his clothes does not so much read as being afraid of the bro!yay. Also, I would lay money on Peter's memory loss being somehow related to believing he killed Nathan.

Not that I want to defend the Peter-with-amnesia plot. Because I really, truly hate it.

I mentioned Chuck, but I said I wasn't completely sold. This episode, however, was hilarious. And Captain Awesome may be one of the greatest characters ever.

The previews for next week showed a very, very hot Nathan (not that there's any other kind), so at least there's that.

Look at this way, this just proves that Nathan has been right along, Peter needs Nathan to tell him what to do or he acts like an idiot and as kelly_girl said, joins gangs.

I going with the theory that while this episode contained no Nathan except in the previews, the next episode will have double the Nathan.

An excess, or overload of Nathanness. So much Nathan we will become Nathanful. Nathan will be like a thanksgiving turkey and we will have so much that we'll have to sit on the couch and groan and maybe unbutton our pants.

But I love MORE Damien Lewis. I didn't realize he was the same guy from Band of Brothers, but I told SK after watching one episode of Life: "I am weirdly totally in love with him." And then I found out he was Winters in BoB and quickly realized why my love was so pure and deep and epic. I didn't expect to like Life, but lord does he ever make it worth it.

I'm in Australia so season two won't be showing here anytime soon. I've been watching the first two episodes off *gasp* youtube, the quality of which is just terrible, the only thing that kept me watching the segments (the videos are divided for easier upload) is the anticipation for the Nathan/Peter reunion to happen (of course a naked and oiled Peter was very very pretty in the two episodes but is by itself probably not enough to prompt me from watching it on youtube). Gosh, November?
