Writing the autobiography of George Clooney would just take too damn long.

In an effort to placate my writer's block I've been doing some other stuff. That other stuff probably does not (maybe) include me writing this interview with George Clooney in the March issue of the US Esquire.

I know, however, that when there's an article with George that talks about his bromance with Brad, the gay gay gay rumours, and has George reading ER FAN FICTION you all might not be inclined to believe me.

To which I say, if you like the article, it's okay if you just read it on-line and don't buy the magazine, because except for this fabulously entertaining and well-written article, the American version of Esquire is a conservative piece of misogynist tripe. The UK version is MUCH better.

(So the UK version can hire me now. Plz? I can leave tomorrow.)

"No. I'm gay, gay. The third gay -- that was pushing it."

Now, are you absolutely certain that you didn't write this? Because, well, I'm not. Also: ever get the feeling that George would love your work? Because I do.

Oh my, that was great. And are you positive you didn't have something to do with that article. Or, they should call you for a follow-up.

Is this the same issue of Esquire in which they published RPF about Heath Ledger (http://heidi8.livejournal.com/880424.html)? Their RPF is ghoulish, so they would seriously benefit from publishing tasteful smutty shiny, glee-filled RPF by someone with brains and talent (ie you).

But even the American version of Esquire is worlds above American women's magazines, which do nothing but talk about celebrities and how to please your man and how to lose weight. Esquire says a hearty f**k-you to all that, bless them.

Great interview. Thanks for sharing. Loved his response to bromance with Brad. If I was a girl and he was a girl.....

I'm sure this reporter will go down in history as 'the one who showed George Clooney 2G1C'.

What what you know George is sending all his boys the 2g1c link. He's like, "BRAD, dude, you have got to fuckin' watch this. (pause) ... maybe put a video in for the kids first."
