I was going to make you lot a mix, but it, didn't happen. I am hoping that if I can get some earworms plugged in my head that that might change. Ergo, I am looking for the following songs/albums. Plz to do a good deed today and help?

- Frightened Rabbit 'Sing the Greys' LP

- 'A la Claire Fontaine' from The Painted Veil or any choir cover there of

- Battlestar Galactica S3 'All Along the Watchtower' (yes, that version, from that scene. we needs it precious)

- The Beatles 'Dear Prudence', 'It Won't Be Long' and 'Why Don't We Do it in the Road' (Bryce/Chuck what?)

- Kenny Loggins Rogers 'The Gambler' (what?)

- Shirley Bassey 'Get The Party Started' (cover) and 'Goldfinger'

- Travis 'Love Will Come Through'

Or anything else you feel like contributing to the cause.

T'ANKS!

All Along the Watchtower.

I don't have Kenny Loggins' version, but I have a very cool version of 'The Gambler' sung by Mike Doughty. Want?

Dude, you've never heard of Mike Doughty?? I hope you don't mind, but I will hereby rectify that. Five songs by Mike Doughty:

The Gambler
I Hear The Bells
Language Barrier
Ft. Hood
White Lexus

Nope, can't say that I have. I don't listen to the radio, I find it annoyingly commercial and by that I mean owned and programmed by the devil.

Oh man, I haven't listened to the radio and/or watched music channels regularly for years. Mostly because they don't play the music I like. (Also, my flist provides me with plenty of good music.)

But yes, Mike Doughty: very awesome. It's indie rock country-ish style, and even though I'm not into country at all, I love his music.

Hey, I was going to offer this too--such a great version. Do you mind if I snag a couple of the other ones? One of my favorite songs EVER is Mike Doughty's Your Misforune and I only have a few other songs of his--none of the ones you posted.

No, not at all. Once it's uploaded, it's free for everyone to snag. Enjoy!! :D

And ooh, I don't think I have Your Misfortune yet. *goes to download it*

Let me know if you have trouble finding it and I will upload it for you!

Thanks, I'll stop spamming hackthis's journal now...
