Slaying DRAGONS! [does Snoopy dance] Read eeet! Then you can thank me. And her. Mostly her. ETA: sparky77 posted my second birthday story NATE THE PIMP NO. That's not a typo. Inorite?!

Also, I have a whole lot of emails entitled ‘Anderson/Michael Phelps’ I cannot begin to tell you how fast I thought somebody had written that or that people wanted me to write it and then I found out that Anderson was totally using his media powers on 60 Minutes to perv on Michael Phelps and I laughed for a very very long time. Oh, Anderson, never change. Even George approves of this one.

It appears my entire flist has exploded in a stream of Merlin confetti. I know it’s bad because I was reading some this morning and LIKING IT and I don’t even know what it’s about. I mean I have an idea but my reference points are The Once and Future King and Sword in the Stone. Only gayer than S1 Smallville apparently. I cave. Where can I start watching?

Today I plan to write something. Yeah, I dunno what. That’s all I got.

I thought Merlin was this underground thing, but noooo. Yes, like S1 of SV in the silly and gay and the bad-but-tremendously-entertaining sort of way.

And yay for motivation, even though I'm confident you'd have worked up the enthusiasm even without me twirling around in circles going, "I'm DONE! I'm DONE!"

Anderson was totally perving on MP -- you can't tell me AC didn't plan that whole pool bit just so he could get in the locker room with him. And Michael's like, "Whatever, dude. I'm used to adoration. What else you got?"

I'm very much looking forward to Merlin, though I will be, as always, late to the party.

Where can I start watching?

*giggles uncontrollably* I swear, when I saw that first episode a few days after it aired, I wanted to bend the universe so all my old fandoms' writers would come and watch and maybe write me epic crack in line with the epic crack the show already is. Now every time I read something like your post? (And by the gods, people are falling over like dominoes) I LAUGH EVILLY FOR MY UNIVERSE BEDNING POWERS :D :D :D

I am hugely amused at the whole Merlin thing. Everyone - and I mean EVERYONE - seems to be hooked now! Hilarious! Only the BBC could produce such utterly slashy Saturday evening children's tv crack!
