In a case of interests colliding, my mental backstory for Arthur includes an ex that he's still amicable with, that looks a lot like Christina Hendricks. This is in no way influenced by the fact that I think they'd look hotter than hell, at the height of summer in a *heatwave* together.

I have that in my rss reader. Brightens up the day when I'm at work no end.

I'm not going to lie, a fair amount of the time I spend thinking about potential backstories for Arthur involves him making out with various breathtakingly hot people. JGL is just so good at being blazingly hot with other blazingly hot people. It's a skill he has.

But especially if she borrowed Arthur's tie or his cufflinks, say. And maybe Eames knocks on Arthur's door, smug at having tracked down where he's staying, and she opens it, halfway through getting dressed for her walk of "seriously, do you think I have anything to be ashamed of? Honey, you only wish you were me. Or him."

Eames: "Uh, who was..."

Arthur: "Old friend." frowns. "Did she just walk off with my Victoria Richards tie?"
