I skivved off work this morning to go see CoS at Mann's Chinese, and dude. I may have been the only Slytherin in line, but I'm not ashamed of my house, damnit.

I'm not going to spoil anything for anybody, but go see this shit. Sell your mom, sell your dog, sell your soul (I think there are some great bargins happening with satan_dot_com). Whatever. Just do what you gotta do, and go see this movie. I think I shall see it again before the weekend is out.

Also. As founding co-chairman of the Anti-Blonde Brigade I would like to present a written dispensation to Mr. Tom Felton AKA Draco Malfoy. Cos, yeah. Whooo.

Dude, when I did the sorting hat thing at the site it put me in fucking Gryffindor. But I wanna be a Slytherin. In all reality, I'm probably poorly suited for Slytherin, but I wanna be in the cool house! All the snarky people are in Slyth. Can I be in Slytherin, huh, can I? Don't I get some kind of special consideration for writing a novel-length work featuring sympathetic characterizations and sarcastic comments by two of Slytherin House's most proiminent members? I really think I should.

I'm looking forward to seeing it Saturday night, though my expectations are relatively low because I wasn't all that enamoured of the first movie other than Alan Rickman's performance. I'd take the Dark Mark just to hear that man read the phone book.

And that's got to be a good enough reason to put me in Slyth, right there.
