Help the Aged!

My computer at work had to be reimaged, and this means I lost all my mp3s. Not that I would ever use a work connection for something like downloading music, because that would be wrong, but people this is devestation on par with, like, the death of an iPod or something. All those songs that lalejandra (Dan Bern!) and anniesj (The 88's! The OC! Ben Folds!) and oxoniensis (Gomez!) made available for the music-less while at work are gone. I have no more Billy covering Britney on Sharon. This is devestating for me. I need help.

I have nothing left now.

If you can point me in a good direction, or are willing to stick up some mp3 to help rectify the lack of music in my work-existence I would sacrifice virgins and chickens For you appreciate it greatly.

Note: Alas, no, I cannot put Limewire/Kazaa/SoulSearcher on my system as The Man doesn't quite approve. Damn The Man!

Sondre Lerche is getting more and more "famous" outside of Norway, isn't he? *pets him* I'm not really a fan, so I gave away my signed copy of 'Faces Down'. But I kept a rare, signed 7". ;)

*laughs* I feel like we had this conversation around this time last year, unless I had it with someone else. I loved his first LP, but I'm not so keen on the second one, which is unfortunate as he's absolutely adorable.

I guess it was someone else. *lol* It's just exiting for us Norwegians when people discover that there's more to Norwegian music than a-ha and Turbonegro. And yes, he's adorable. Especially when he squees!
