I'm having a very, well hackthis-esque morning. Yes, I think that's the best way to put.

For example, yesterday I purchased some research materials for my yuletide story and this morning announced to serialkarma that when fanfiction is unionized and becomes a proper job I will be able to expense such things, or better yet, have them be tax deductible. Think of it? The OC DVDs as recoupable expenses!

Also, another gem from this morning

hackthis: I am sitting at my desk right now and I can't shake this feeling like I should have a seatbelt on.
serialkarma: Either it's a premonition, or you are having some freaky hallucination
hackthis: Any way about it -- it's all B-A-D

But that's okay. Why? Because I am the proud owner of 172 new mp3s. Uh. Wow.

Also, laurab1 made me even more Warrior Angel art. You know, for a fandom with five stories total Sean & Cal get a lot of action. Not that I mind or anything. I was thinking of asking for story art for Christmas, because like musesfool I don't feel comfortable asking people to buy me things (except LJ time, that's okay), but uh, what was I saying? Never mind, now. Wow.

I'm such a geek than even though I didn't sign up for Yuletide, I'm looking forward to the fic a lot. I especially enjoy some of the fic that gets written for obscure/small fandoms with that challenge.
