Did I forget anything?

Your sanity.

But don't worry, I'll keep an eye out for it.

[identity profile] mellafe.livejournal.com 2005-11-02 05:42 pm (UTC)(link)
You are NOT making me read Memphis Belle slash, damnit!! *is strong*

[identity profile] hackthis.livejournal.com 2005-11-02 05:49 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh, and Bridget Jones Diary and Broken Heart Club. I'm only on D's should I stop looking now?

[identity profile] plumtastic.livejournal.com 2005-11-02 05:49 pm (UTC)(link)
Mmmm, Memphis Belle slash. Okay, I'm not doing Yuletide (though I look forward to NYR), but I'll look into this for you anyway.

Is Danny Daly the main culprit? :)

[identity profile] hackthis.livejournal.com 2005-11-02 05:49 pm (UTC)(link)
That's whole movie is gay! also, I love your icon. Madagascar was all about the penguins.

[identity profile] ethrosdemon.livejournal.com 2005-11-02 05:51 pm (UTC)(link)
I signed up for Supernatural, O11, BSGrps, O11rps, Ewanfic, shit, I guess I should have offered Brokeback Mountain. A hundred people will sign up to do that, though.

You read the Stephanie Plum books? no way.

[identity profile] serialkarma.livejournal.com 2005-11-02 05:56 pm (UTC)(link)
YES

[identity profile] hackthis.livejournal.com 2005-11-02 05:56 pm (UTC)(link)
I know everyone will sign up for BBM, which is why I'm hoping to write something else instead. I can't believe you didn't sign up to write Rome.

Wait, do you read the Stephanie Plum books? Stop lying.

[identity profile] hackthis.livejournal.com 2005-11-02 05:57 pm (UTC)(link)
Everyone in MB is gay. I realised that when I saw it a few months ago; I was shocked that it'd gotten made. We are all so innocent back then though, so ;)

[identity profile] hackthis.livejournal.com 2005-11-02 05:57 pm (UTC)(link)
Okay, mom.

[identity profile] kismeteve.livejournal.com 2005-11-02 05:57 pm (UTC)(link)
BSGrps?

*raises eyebrow*

yay

[identity profile] ethrosdemon.livejournal.com 2005-11-02 06:01 pm (UTC)(link)
duuuuuuuuuude, that's CHICkLIT. fuck no. the only fiction I read is fanfic and shameful things I shan't mention. mainly I read nonfiction, as you know. But the chick that writes those is a friend of mom. I'm always shocked to be reminded how famous the books are.

I haven't watched Rome since episode 5 or 6. I might watch them on demand when I go home in December, well, probably, but right now I'm behind...in that I don't know what's going on with the show even if I do know the real story. Even though you know I love Kevin McKidd...and Titus Pullo is totally my type, ok FINE (have you seen him as himself? he's pretty cute).

[identity profile] ethrosdemon.livejournal.com 2005-11-02 06:03 pm (UTC)(link)
I know you want it.

[identity profile] ethrosdemon.livejournal.com 2005-11-02 06:03 pm (UTC)(link)
I really love the cute ayeaye lemur, not even I can withstand the cute.

[identity profile] antheia.livejournal.com 2005-11-02 06:04 pm (UTC)(link)
Just interjecting to say that the possibility of Ranger/Morelli makes my little heart flutter. *wanders back into the haze*

[identity profile] hackthis.livejournal.com 2005-11-02 06:06 pm (UTC)(link)
LOL. You read romance novels, but not chicklit. Excuse me for a moment, I rolled my eyes so hard they got stuck. As for the SP books, they're good, mindless entertainment. They may not change my world, but there's a lot to be said for their humor. A good laugh goes a lot further with me than a lot of intellectual babble. To get both, well, that's the ultimate goal.

[identity profile] hackthis.livejournal.com 2005-11-02 06:06 pm (UTC)(link)
EXACTLY!!!

[identity profile] plumtastic.livejournal.com 2005-11-02 06:08 pm (UTC)(link)
Yeah, I love imagining this conversation going on while I was in jr high band.

But yeah, everyone is in love with Danny. It's freaking canon. Bless.

[identity profile] ethrosdemon.livejournal.com 2005-11-02 06:08 pm (UTC)(link)
I DO NOT READ ROMANCE NOVELS TAKE THAT BACK, DRACO, OR I WILL SET YOU ON FIRE IN YOUR SLEEP, YOU TOAD-LICKER.

I just write them.

The shameful books I was talking about was actually YA lit and George R R Martin. Sheesh. THe most recent fiction I read, oddly though, was The Historian, which I didn't even finish.

[identity profile] antheia.livejournal.com 2005-11-02 06:10 pm (UTC)(link)
All those knowing looks and exchanges? And, frankly, I wouldn't mind some Ranger/Stephanie/Morelli. That could be fun, too.

If I could write smut, I would be writing it. Instead, I'll offer cookies and icons and my first born (admittedly, it's not like I want it) to whoever does it...

[identity profile] hackthis.livejournal.com 2005-11-02 06:10 pm (UTC)(link)
YA. Do you read that one that's really frakking popular with like every female over 12? What's it called? The Gossip Girls? Right now I'm flipping back and forth between Sex, Drugs and Cocoa Puffs and A Cook's Tour.

[identity profile] ethrosdemon.livejournal.com 2005-11-02 06:17 pm (UTC)(link)
I mainly read the free YA books I get in the mail lol A College of Magics wasn't bad.

Oh, right now I am reading "To Rule the Waves"--guess what that's about HA!--Martin's new book, and 1421 this book that purports that the Chinese circumnavigated the earth. And I might be considering buying the BSG novel, omg, the shame!

[identity profile] resmin.livejournal.com 2005-11-02 06:17 pm (UTC)(link)
*pounces*

YOUR ICON! I just saw that this weekend and almost fell off the bed I was laughing so hard. Still unsure why MK got an Oscar nod, but damn that's a funny ass movie.

[identity profile] hackthis.livejournal.com 2005-11-02 06:21 pm (UTC)(link)
The BSG novel. *blinks*

[identity profile] resmin.livejournal.com 2005-11-02 06:23 pm (UTC)(link)
Ocean's 11 is still considered an obscure fandom? Huh. I think my Flist has skewed my fandom view.
