Don't you have, like, beaches and stuff for weather like this? Or at the very least a kiddie pool full of ice cubes? (I have little sympathy. I was painting a non-air-conditioned house in humidity-enhanced 40+ degree weather earlier this summer. Celsius, naturally.)

yes, technically, but they were all so far away. it was the sort of day where you sweat profusely if you walked to the bleeding mailbox. six cold showers over two days, jayne. it was dreadful.
