Help, Obi-Wan Flist!

Wow. You guys are not unlike the most awesome flist ever. Actually, not 'unlike' just are -- you are all made of awesome. Thank you so much for coming to my aid. ETA: Megaupload has decided that I can't download anything from it, I hate to ask this, but if you used megaupload, would you consider reuploading on mediafire or box.net instead?

Also, before I forget, tomorow, 13th September, there will be a Burn Notice marathon on USA. It starts at 9am, so get your TiVos or DVRs or VCRs or like me hook up your camcorder (just kidding) and get yourself sorted out. Everyone who didn't want to just jump in but was curious, this is your chance!

Sadly I have none of the above to upload, but! As a college student, I have a free account at www.ruckus.com - downloads are super fast, and their library is enormous. If you want to use my account, let me know and I will email you the information you need.

I think you might be the only person ever who I have the same taste in music as. I'm a little frightened for both of us.

[identity profile] swizzasnake.livejournal.com 2007-09-12 07:50 pm (UTC)(link)
Yea, they got made to change the name - stupid record company politics. Mine's still called Bleed American tho, I aint changing it!

[identity profile] swizzasnake.livejournal.com 2007-09-12 07:51 pm (UTC)(link)
Ok, I know I have The Gap Band, Stone Temple Pilots and Pink, but I need to find the CDs. If they're still in demand I shall go hunting.

(Yay, a valid excuse to tidy up!)

HAI! I would love the whole Miles from the Lighteing by Jeffrey Foucault. And I also see that you have Cary Brothers, I would love some of that as well as Marc Broussard's Home.

[identity profile] hackthis.livejournal.com 2007-09-12 08:07 pm (UTC)(link)
Sweet! Thank you so much!

[identity profile] hackthis.livejournal.com 2007-09-12 08:13 pm (UTC)(link)
Ah the record companies, making life difficult for artists, since oh, the beginning of time. Thanks for the song!

[identity profile] hackthis.livejournal.com 2007-09-12 08:13 pm (UTC)(link)

[identity profile] hackthis.livejournal.com 2007-09-12 08:13 pm (UTC)(link)

[identity profile] hackthis.livejournal.com 2007-09-12 08:14 pm (UTC)(link)
What's this? Turtles and crazy music tastes? I have yet to whip out my classical and jazz though. Or my blues. Or my Christmas music. And Disney songs. I bet somebody's got 'April Showers' I have to check. *pauses* Nathan is that you?

[identity profile] hackthis.livejournal.com 2007-09-12 08:16 pm (UTC)(link)
You are absolutely fabulous for offering and I will definitely keep that in mind. Thank you :)

[identity profile] xnitelite.livejournal.com 2007-09-12 08:18 pm (UTC)(link)
Sadly, I'm one of the few who doesn't own an iPod (yet), but I DO feel your pain. As it so happens, I have an extra iTunes music card sitting here doing absolutely nothing. Would you mind if I sent it to you?

Oh my god, really? I feel like my fairy godmother just showed up in the foyer. Are you sure?

[identity profile] sparky77.livejournal.com 2007-09-12 09:36 pm (UTC)(link)
Like any good Jew, I win at Christmas music and can sing more songs then all my Jesus loving friends.

What period Disney are we talking about? Classical or Modern?
