2. The Hurt Locker. War movie with Jeremy Renner (Walsh from the Unusuals, bitches!) and Guy Pearce! Or as one commenter put it It's basically "Generation Kill", just with different characters and not enough time to develop all the characters. I needs to be seeing this I think.

3. Is anybody else having one of those days too? You know the kind where you wouldn't piss on somebody even if they were on fire? EXACTLY.

4. I like Green Day. I dunno if I've ever mentioned this to you lot, but I do. I have them on my iPod under 'Baby Clash' - yes I have a genre called Baby Clash, because everybody wants to be The Clash, but nobody really is. I was thinking about my Green Day like the other day because Stephen had them on The Report and they were doing 'Know Your Enemy' and it wasn't half bad. I wouldn't pay to see them, but I do not object. And believe me I object to a lot.

The hs AU makes me SO HAPPY but I often wonder where the tension comes from. Is it just a virgins/is he being nice or does he want me thing? Because Brad seems to take great liberties with Nate, to which Nate is very receptive, so I'm like, they're not fucking...why, exactly?

I have a hard time picturing them in a threesome, especially for any length of time, but I can see

hackthis's point about Nate's thoughts on Brad. I mean, I can see them as OTP as well as this kind of "what is this we have going on" and Ray's personal investment in them and them not screwing everything up.

Which isn't to say I won't, at some point, write a threesome with them. I mean, I certainly wouldn't put it past me.

Hmm. This intrigues me. I still mull over that one comment where you were impressing on me how Not Okay Brad would be with Nate fucking any other guys. The take-home of which was Brad Doesn't Share. Which I GET. And agree with. (Thus why the threesome with Ray or even Nate/Ray...I don't see it.) Because, were Nate into guys, why would he be with anyone who isn't Brad? But then I also see the point about Ray's overinvestment in their relationship and Brad's continued mental health and how that would...intrude upon their relationship. But then making the leap to 'well, it'll solve everything if Nate and Ray have sex'...yeah, not there.

1. Knew all about Nate long before they met. In fact, it's possible (fact) that Brad had been watching Nate from afar for quite some time. He would never have taken the job without doing his recon.

2. Knows *exactly* what he's doing when he wanders around Nate's house in his underwear. He's kind of piqued that it took Nate so long to get with the program.

3. Has honestly thought about kidnapping Nate on more than on occasion. Just for his own good.

Ray...

1. Is not a card carrying member of the homosexual club. But he has thoughts about Brad. Sometimes. He can't help it. When they're not fighting and Brad's not being all stoic and shit, Ray kind of loves him. Like a lot.

2. Knows some shit is occuring beween the LT and Brad and will totally fuck the LT's shit up if he hurts brad.

3. Is physically incapable of eating Charms

4. Thinks he would be an awesome heavy metal country singer, but Brad would never come to his shows, so he has to reconsider that one.

Love, love, love your writing. You know sometimes where you want to read THE story for a certain show and after you've read it, you actually don't feel the need to read any others? Your Southland fic was it for me. And GK is by far the absolute best fandom I've ever read. Is it bad that I'm super excited for some James(Renner's character)/Nate with a side of jealous Brad? Lord knows those two alphas wouldn't back down. Sorry, just had to jump in after you mentioned the Hurt Locker!
