Inquiring minds.

Out of utter curiosity, if I was chained up in your attic (I prefer attics, basements are damp and cold, attics theoretically at least have windows), and I had to write you one story, what would you request? (demand?) Or alternatively, what's something you always hoped I'd write but know is never going to happen?

You would not like my attic. My basement at least has the advantage of being warm, but probably you would not like it very much either. "Chained up in the living room" just doesn't have the same ring to it though. *ponders*

See, I'm having trouble answering this, because your particular talent as far as I'm concerned is writing stories I didn't know I needed desperately to read until you post them and I spend a week going "THIS. I LOVE THIS. THIS IS SO COMPLETELY GREAT." So logically, what I should do is just keep you supplied with all the things that make you a Happy Writer, and I'll get my wish, right?

That said, if opinions must be squeezed out of me, although I have at least liked everything you've written since 2004:
- I miss Ari sometimes. Love that magnificent bastard.
- There is no way to go wrong with any possible Arthur/Eames, imho.
- If I were going to drag you into something you may or may not already know and/or like, I really wonder what you would do with Lord Peter Wimsey. He's one of my favourite fictional characters of all time, and I think more people should write Sayers fanfic, except that I recognise it's a nearly impossible challenge for mere mortals. So you should be just fine! :D

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwww. :)

I must confess that I have an Ari meets the Inception team story that's been rather stalled, but all this Ari and George talk in this post is sort of reinvigorating the idea.
