edited at 11:08 am I am profoundly distressed that Baz Luhrmann is using Leonardo DiCaprio in his adaptation of 'Alexander the Great.' To just coat the entire wound in salt they're adapting my favorite set of stories: The Alexander Trilogy by Valerio Manfredi, too. Godfuckindamnit. However, considering that Nicole Kidman is it talks to play Olympia, maybe it's not all of the bad. Sigh.

I don't think he's that hot; I'm just saying that he's not as bad as an actor as a lot of people say. Whether or not he's Alexander the great, well...no, okay, he's really not that kind of actor.

That is... scary. With all due respect for people who like Leo, he is NO Alexander the Great. Nuh-uh. Not even close. That just pretty much ruined the entire movie for me. *sigh*
