Fuck you, Kring.

I knew it was coming.. I knew it. The minute they went to the podium, my brain flashed Every Political Assassination Ever. And yet, wow, was that upsetting. I'm startled and disoriented and pissed the fuck off. And yet, strangely optimistic. The transfusion at least makes sense now.

There. See. That's all I have to say about that (lies).

I've never had a character that I love die on me canonically. I've killed them off plenty (I had a moratorium put on me in HP, because I kept knocking off vast quantities of people), but this is new. I don't really like it very much. It's one thing for me to leave, but quite something else to be left.

I am, thankfully, busy with RL, but I also find myself reading my old Heroes stuff because, frankly, Tim Kring can suck my left tit. Nathan's not dead. That's just unacceptable. This show should be dead to me, but since I have to write an ending that I can live with, let's just say that the lid on the casket is still open.

*Is this episode airing again, because I need to see it but I can't buy it from iTunes, what with the WGA strike and that?

Does anybody have any music they want to share with the class? I think we could all use some, so, bring your music here. Tell your friends. Make them bring some too. Here, I'll start with this mixed tape entitled FUTK, which shockingly enough does not stand for Fuck You Toby Keith*

1. The Blow Monkeys 'It Doesn’t Have to Be This Way'
2. Jason Mraz '10,000 Motherfuckers'
3. Beastie Boys 'Sabotage'
4. Mark Ronson f/ Lily Allen 'Oh My God' (Kaiser Chiefs cover)
5. Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds 'People Ain't No Good'
6. Aretha Franklin 'Respect'
7. Betty Davis 'Anti-Love Song'
8. Garbage 'The World is Not Enough'
9. Zero 7 'This World'
10. T-Rex 'Bang a Gong (Get on it)'
11. Damien Rice 'The Professor'
12. Dixie Chicks 'Not Ready to Make Nice'

*Shut up and Sing represent!

The NBC promo promised that "two heroes will be gone for good" but honestly, how do they know? We have no future episodes at the moment due to the Writer's Strike. On the tv that Mama Petrelli was watching it said that Nathan had been shot, not died, right? I just don't buy that either the writers would kill off that character, nor do I buy that Peter would let Nathan die. The boy can time travel and has healing blood among a zillion other abilities, he's not letting Nathan die.

That's my theory and Kring better not fuck it over. *folds arms decisively*

Do they mean "for good" as in permanently, or "for good" as in "for good things/reasons", like in For Good in Wicked? Because Adam looks like he's pretty well away, and maybe West is gone from the series for good? Or Angela is no longer ever going to be able to accrue points in the "good" column?

No, he's not letting Nathan die. No way, no how.

Everybody's fired as far as I'm concerned. No Nathan, no show!
