All the news that I care about.

1. I have a remarkably succinct and accurate review of Troy for you :

It sucked.

Go buy a book.

Preferably The Iliad.

2. Will the O.C. spin-off be called Chino, 91707 How about Rage Blackouts? Goldcoast Plaza? How about Tahiti or Bust? [livejournal.com profile] lalejandra, maybe it'll be in Pittsburgh!

3. I heart Boondocks.

4. Oh gods. Is Brokeback Mountain out yet, or what? *pets Jake Gyllenhaal*

5. Maybe the next one will be called Pear! Or Grapefruit! I know, Satsuma! Kumquat? Mango? Papaya? Guava? Anybody? Bueller?

Too bad the OC spin off won't be centered around Marissa. Not that she deserves it, but it would get Mischa the hell off my show.

I love Jake Gyllenhaal. A lot.

*snicker* Remarkably succinct and accurate, indeed. Though there were pretty men in skirts, so it wasn't a total loss.

I couldn't pay attention the men in skirts, I was too busy foaming at the mouth over the lack of gods. Also, Patroculus as a cousin?!

*has episode*

Set in Pittsburgh, it could be called The PGH! Fun for the whole family. I am casting this in my head right now, and I can see it being really excellent. Lots of potential for interesting crossover, too -- QAFUS, MSCL -- the possibilities are endless!

Ryan and Jordan and Seth and Brian, oh my!

Please, let us take a moment to imagine Summer's reaction to Rayanne Graf, and the horrible amount of plaid everyone wears...

*dies laughing*

Will you write it? Please?

[identity profile] lalejandra.livejournal.com 2004-05-18 01:36 pm (UTC)(link)
I will attempt it, but only because you asked so prettily. :)

Just what my craptastic day needs.

Aw, darlin', you know I am always here to make your craptastic days better! I would even kill someone in fic for you -- anyone at all!

Ahem, it's Lady Rayanne now that the actress is marrying into the aristocracy.

. Maybe the next one will be called Pear!

I figured she'd name the next one Microsoft. ;)

"As well as that, every man goes through a period of thinking they're attracted to another guy."

I've never really loved Jake Gyllenhaal, but I respect him for saying this. It's definitely not gonna make his buddies tease less.
