It occurred to me today as I found myself watching Doctor Who, for I don't even know, maybe, the dozenth time, that I don't like Ten at all (shocking), or Rose (doubly shocking. I mean Billie Piper?! Everyone remember when she was married to Chris Evans?! I digress). But I did quite like Chris Eccleston, when I saw him, and I think Martha and Donna are fucking ace, so really, if they bring Nine back and pair him up with Martha and Donna, I would so be there. Martha + Nine = Sex appeal, rowr!. OR. They could just make it the Martha and Donna show and I'd love that too.

This was going to be a completely different story until I came across this photo. Among other things the man is wearing a Run D.M.C. shirt. He should just do me now.

c. If you could convince me to write any Iron Man story, what would you want to see? No, I will not pair up Tony/Pepper. IMO, they work better just the way they are. However, I am succeptible to giving Tony a boyfriend*, I just haven't found one that works for me. Convince me.

*ETA: Smoking hot one night stand also welcome.

It seems that I am so enamoured of Life on Mars that I've decided it's better than anything else on telly at the moment... which is probably why I'm watching it AGAIN.

I feel confused. Is this love? Where are my icons? Will someone make me one that says Protected by Armed Bastards since 1973? or Guantanamo Bay isn't in Spain. or Annie loves you? Or Gene Hunt is love.

Um, speaking of love trinityofone recommended We Could Steal Time by dorcas_gustine, which is not only the best Life on Mars story I've read bar none, but may also be the best story I've read this year. Yeah, it's just that good. Go read it. Now. You know I don't steer you wrong.

It occured to me last night that U.S. summer programming is WAY better than the broadcast season. Seriously, what's coming up? Burn Notice. Project Runway S5. Psych. Generation Kill (The new David Simon on HBO - he created The Wire). AND Weeds.

I don't get this much action during the rest of the year. BRING IT!
