I interrupted a dream with Theodore Cillian Murphy (OMGTEHHOT) to bring you these semi-not-really-earth-shattering thoughts from my planet news.
1. Entertainment Weekly describes the character of Seth Cohen thusly: ...Has a heterosexual man-crush on faux bro Ryan. That's verbatim, people. Mock not the gay!
2. Is there anyone else out there who can understand why when I realized there was a Jeff Buckley video was on the telly for the second time this week I dropped everything I was doing to go and look at it. It's not a new video (would be hard for somebody dead seven years), but dude, a Jeff video. On network telly?! ::stunned::
3. How do you change the default program that files open into? For example if I double click on a file and want it to open in Works (yick) and not Word (since my Word doesn't work, rant for another day), how do I change the mapping to do so?
4. Overheard on radio, random wanna-be-punk group shrieking "We don't live in America!" Response: Yes, that's all well and good, but you don't have to shriek about it.
5. I don't know who's programming VH1's Mega Hits channel, but wow, I want to buy them drinks: OK Go, The Chemical Brothers, Harvey Danger, Morcheeba, JEFF, The Verve, ...at one point it was the best of British Stool-Rock (go mid-90s!)
