Nate actually tried to just not use him and Layla became very unhappy. Aw. That's my girl! And, wow, has she got her daddy where she wants him, if he's letting Ray babysit, still. But he really is harmless. Although she's going to make interesting contributions to class discussions about books, starting from the day her kindergarten class reads Green Eggs and Ham. And can you imagine Ray narrating To Kill a Mockingbird or The Diary of Anne Frank?
