No, no, no actual running. I'm a terrible runner; my big sport thing is the Bay Swim. But I went downtown to cheer it on because, hey, the sun had actually come out for the first time in days and it's important to be patriotic. Especially when the patriotism involves flushed faces, heavy breathing, the sheen of sweat on defined biceps, trembling thigh muscles going like pistons...
