Note to self #1: Working out while PMTing defeats the purpose as you will continue to feel bloated and nasty on top of being sore.

Note to self #2: If you are feeling cranky, do not interact with people you like as you will be stroppy with them when they don’t deserve it. However, do not attach importance to people who are not significant to your peace of mind.

Note to self #3: Jealousy is tiring and pointless. Watch Fight Club when having a bad day.
