I have just received word that Ed Bradley has passed away. This is just, this is very sad to me. I understand that he died from leukemia, which had been in remission for the last two years, but come back recently. R.I.P., Mr Bradley, you were a wonderful man and a brilliant reporter. Your passion and intellect will be missed greatly.

If anybody else is interested, I'm going to be making a donation the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in his memory. It won't be a lot, but every little bit helps. I firmly believe this.

Dear Flist—

I'm a little confused. Like serialkarma said there has a been a wary resurgence of The O.C interest among my friends as of late (I'll wait while you stop hyperventilating). I've tried it myself, but I just get irritated, except they have these two female characters -- who are brand spanking new to me -- who are, well, pretty awesome. Mini Cooper? i.e. Marissa's missing baby sister? She totally rocks, she's what Marissa should've been, only she can act, and she has minions and a really cool bedroom. I tell you I'm fucking shocked. And that Taylor chick, so um, she's cool. It's like Josh realized the fuckwittage of Marissa and gave us not one but TWO awesomecakes females to make up for it. Mini Cooper AND Taylor. *blinks*

Weird.

I'm not coming back or anyhing, but people had been asking about recommendations and I have some here.

If Josh really does send Ryan to Berkeley and he meets a guy named Jamie this could all change though. I'm just saying that I recognize bribery when I see it.
