1. Josh may like me, but yeah, he loves

2. When pretending you are drinking coffee, do not wave the mug around thus proving that you are only pretending. m'kay?
3. Wassername? The rocker!chick? She looks OLD -- y'all were right. TV Guide says she's 20. I say bullshit. THe only person who looks older is D.J. He's fucking ancient. He and Cal may be going to the OAP home at the same time.
4. Love Sandy.
5. Ryan, tell us again how you're not dating anymore. Me thinks somebody's protesting too much.
6. They played 'Silence' which is the latest single of of Gomez's Split the Difference -- just some music trivia, because I can.
7. Zach = Ducky. Jon Cryer in Pretty in Pink = Ducky, no? (I never saw it so I can't be certain -- but wasn't he GAY?)
8. I wasn't terribly impressed, but I wasn't dismayed either. Tonight was like a tiny piece of chocolate. Okay, but not wholy satisfying. It was no Lost -- but I didn't hate it either. A lot of people have been expressing their disatisfaction with this season, but I've never seen this show as The Wire, so frankly I'm not particularly bothered. Nonetheless,

Date: 2004-12-02 09:24 pm (UTC)The Ducky thing was really stupid and I wanted Summer to shut up.
The rocker chick is 86 years old and has grandchildren. Probably with Fugly McGardner. Or DJ. But yeah, his name is Fugly McGardner.
A lot of people have been expressing their disatisfaction with this season
Premiere - I felt kind of 'meh' about it. 2nd episode - thought it was one of the best ones they've ever done. 3rd episode - hope people got fired for that wretched piece of shit. Tonight - about the level that I enjoyed 'The Perfect Couple' last season: not my favorite or anything, but I was perfectly satisfied.
I think the problem people are having is that this season feels less like The O.C. and more like a traditional soap. However, I'm really not bothered by it. I'm only bothered when it's shit like it was last week.
In conclusion, Seth needs to stop being a douchebag and Ryan should take his shirt off more. The end.

Yes. Yes, he does love me. That, plus the Killers, just proves that my Chrismukkah present this year is going to be an engagement ring. And then we're going to have two little schwartzenmollys. (I haven't named them yet, though.)
I shall expect an invitation shortly. ::checks mail::

Date: 2004-12-03 08:22 am (UTC)Yes, Jon Cryer was Ducky in Pretty in Pink, no Ducky wasn't gay, he was in love with Molly Ringwald (insert jokes here), and how is it you never saw Pretty in Pink? The whole point of the movie is *not* Molly Ringwald or Andrew McCarthy, it is DUCKY. Ducky rocks.
That being said, Summer calling Zach Ducky is lame and stupid and far too obvious, because the whole thing about Ducky is that Molly Ringwald's character was most emphatically *not* in love with him, and he was head-over-heels for her.
No sense, Joshua. We are disappointed.

Date: 2004-12-03 08:46 am (UTC)We've discussed this though, right? The only Brat Packer film I've ever seen is The Breakfast Club -- which I love ;)
