This list is all well and good, except I'm having a problem. I have things to write, but I seem incapable of writing them. Like the words won't come. They are blocked. It's an awful feeling. Perhaps I am trying to do too much at one time. Too many ideas. I need to do something small. Anyone got anything inspirational they wanna fling my way? Music, pictures, improv words? Help!

Gah, it is godawful. Except it happens to me all the time, and always at very inopportune moments, such as when I'm writing papers.

However, when I'm looking to do improv, I use either 15minuteficlets or oneword (http://www.oneword.com) to try and prod out some inspiration.

(I feel as though I should include some sort of disclaimer where I point out that I'm not a loser and this song does not actually remind me of Remus. A) because he's not a girl, and B) he's not a murderer. But it does sort of remind me of the Marauder era in that I can see some poor mudblood girl trying to cope with the war, or maybe some poor abused pureblood trying to cope with the war.
