1. Some smart-ass (
circe_tigana) brought up how awful it would've been if El Jay had died and she lost all the stories she hadn't coded and stuck up on her site. So, today I am coding all of TM-verse, before I have a heart-attack. *Heads-up to
obsessedmuch!
2. My girl,
serialkarma is really into Battlestar Galactica, so she started this comm,
13th_colony, for US fans who've not seen the new season yet. Join, bitches.
3.
tumulus is one of those special finds you never hear about. This person doesn't write or draw, instead he/she/they just post photographs, generally of nature. It makes my day very Zen -- not like yesterday or anything.
4a. Have finally seenKing Arthur Clive Owen and Hugh Dancy and Lots of Other Really Hot Englishmen Naffing About. Tristan anyone?* How much do I heart Ray Winstone? Otherwise, meh. *
lyra_sena, reminded me that it was all about The Hat... of Pimp Doom. I want that hat!
4b. Have finally seen Garden State. Why did I feel compelled to buy the soundtrack for this damn movie when I already own the CDs by Coldplay, Zero 7, and Thievery Corporation?
4c. Also saw The Aviator. That was really damn good. I was v surprised.
5. I feel like I'm forgetting something. What am I forgetting? Right, I wrote Thousandth-Man verse on Friday:When It's All Over, We Still Have to Clear Up

Date: 2005-01-18 06:35 pm (UTC)*FLAILS* Tristan, holy god. From the first moment he stepped onto the battlefield, just all hot and mystical and his EYES dear LORD and he's so mysterious and hot and sexy and GUH. I love him the most of that whole movie. Also, I love his hat. How can you not love the hat?

Date: 2005-01-18 08:19 pm (UTC)Seriously, prototypical, talk, dark and hawt with tastful tattoos on his cheeks. He's down with animals AND he's got the best hat ever. He needs icons.

Did you know that I even tried to watch some of the show so I could be a knowledgeable beta. Yeah, didn't do too good, but I tried!

Date: 2005-01-18 09:40 pm (UTC)Naffing About's a good way to describe it: they don't really seem to do much except ponce about in skimpy outfits. Like Bond girls.
And I could send you the Garden State soundtrack, if you don't want to go to the trouble of buying it? *pets CD*

Date: 2005-01-19 12:13 am (UTC)Oh, you are a darling, I wish I had posted this before I went out and bought the soundtrack! ;)
