omg. dude. that SUCKS. Let me tell you as someone who has lost her entire hd, uhm, more than once, as well as *koff* deleted the entirety of her inbox, uhm, more than once, it's definitely not a god feeling.

but yeah, I do have to agree with whoever above said it gives you a clean slate. Just think! No annoying wps! No half-finished fics that arent working! you can just - start fresh! that's not terribe, right?
