This is Toothy Tile (http://www.eonline.com/Search/Results/1,1049,,00.html) -- a blind item in a gossip column. A very widely read and conjectured about blind item. I don't know if you've read my RPS story The Incredibly True Adventures of Four Stars... but it's talked about in there, ad nauseum ;)
