Lex:You're crazy
The Joker:And what's wrong with that? It's done wonders for me!

I'm on the net during the weekend. Fuh-reak-key. Sunday in the land of Hollyweird and I'm just chillin. No, really. It's like 75, thank
satan_dot_com. guess all the bitching about the heat last week paid off.
The SB's are in Vegas without me cos I have no scrilla, and I had fried chicken (Popeyes) for the first time in 7 years yesterday. Let's just say it wasn't a good idea. So, I wound up spending Saturday night at home with the Cartoon Network - it could've been a lot worse. Actually it was pretty damn good, they played the Justice League and the new He-Man (yay!) and the Transformers.
For anybody who might not know I was *dead* excited when they decided to bring He-Man back. All I need now is Voltron, and for those of you who are cartoon freaks too I would like to mention that LEX WAS IN THE JUSTICE LEAGUE EPISODE!and yes, the Flash was in it as well. Sadly, they didn't have MR do both voices but talk about trippy. Also, um, don't ever doubt the love between Lex and Supes it was all there in animation last night.
Something else I noted while watching JL was that they've reverted to sticking Lex in that hideous green and purple uniform like the 70's version of The Super Friends. Gah! My eyes. It's...disconcerting. For those of you who're watching Transformers as well I'd like to point out that Octimus Prime (the good guy) is red and blue, while Megatron (the bad guy) is all green and purple.
Is this a coincidence? Are they the Lex and Clark of the Transformer set? Transformer slash y'all.
Obvious Oblivious
for
addictedkitten and
ethrosdemon just because.
Oliver flirts by talking about brooms and the Wronski Feint. He acts coy over Snitches and Quaffles, and does something indescribable with his eyes that equates to wanting to bugger Harry against the broomshed.
Oliver would cast a spell first to prevent splinters.
He's never done subtly well, he's never had to. It's not the Wood way; it's not the Scottish way. The obvious problem being that Harry is English, and Oliver is not. Oliver suspects that it's Harry's English reticence that is getting in the way. That certain English quality that prevents Harry from a) making the first move or b)suspecting that Oliver might have designs on Harry in more than a friendly fashion.
Damn the English and their stiffness.
Of course in a rather masochistic way Oliver enjoys Harry's reluctance to see what's in front of him. Oliver doubts he would want Harry so much if the other boy was willing to jump into Oliver's bed at the first sign of Oliver's keenness.
Normally, if Oliver wants something, it comes to him; Harry's not coming. At least not directly, but he seems to be paying a bit more attention to Oliver than he used to.
All Quidditch players enjoy a certain level of masochism, and Oliver is no different. The game of Seeker and Snitch, of Beater and Bludger and Keeper and Quaffle. It's a game. It requires thought.
Winning Harry Potter will require thought, not just obviousness. Not just Harry's pretended obliviousness.
Oliver intends to enjoy the match itself, not just winning it.
