Trivia Moment: So, last night's episode of Heroes was called 'Landslide', like the Fleetwood Mac song, which was covered by who? The Dixie Chicks. Yeah, I prefer the Fleetwood Mac version myself.





1. Sylar was hotass last night. Do not fake on this. The world she is ending, and today my work load is completely off the chain, but I am so finishing my story Weapon of Choice when I am done. It will be my reward.

1a. I don't ship Mohinder/Sylar -- Mohinder is clearly too stupid to have survived this long without dumb luck and Sylar's beneficence. Darwin would have plotzed -- like all awesome mildly psychotic and selfish characters before him (Lex, Draco, Ari, George), who fell for some stupid boy, I just ship Sylar and whomever he wants

Yeah, those are my entire Heroes thoughts.

2. Oh, I don't like Heidi, I thought I would because, you know, LOIS from back in the General Hospital days (antheia!), but uh, yeah, no.

2a. I love you Mama P! You have the most awesome wardrobe ever!

2b. And Nathan called his daddy Pop! *draws hearts around Nathan*

2c. And Daddy P was Nathan's hero! *draws more hearts around Nathan*

2d. And Daddy P had powers! Which we'd all figured out by now anyway, but still. When do we find out what Mama P can do, apart from dress fiercely and cut you down with a single stare?

2e. Was there anybody who didn't see the healing-Heidi thing coming when Linderman was all, "I have a gift for you?"

3. Did we mention how hot Sylar was? slodwick and sameoldhope you were completely vindicated last night, all billains should run around in crazy expensive black wool.

3a. I am sorry that Hiro (rightly or wrongly) lost faith in Nathan. I think Nathan is sorry too.

4. Hiro and Mr. Sulu were off the chain. And Ando so loved his boyfriend that he went off to die for him. Wow.

5. Claire & Peter = Whatever

6. Ted. Agent Girl From Carnivale, you are stupid, why send a terrorist without some sort of escort? Not that that would've helped, but shiiiiiiiiiiit, at least put up a pretense of some sort.

7. I am sad that DL seems to be dead, but dude, the way he killed Linderman was AWESOME. I so prefer Jessica to Niki, just saying. Her whole morning jacket coat though, yeah, too many pleats in the back -- hey, I am a fashionista first.

7a. Didn't Nathan look crazy hot?

7b. Mr. Bennett is The Man. Not to be confused with THE MAN.

8. What else? Candice. I liked her last night. When she morphed into that black women and Micah was all, wow, and she was like, How do you know this isn't what I look like? I have to say, as a black woman if I could be anybody I'd still be me and not choose to be a white teenage girl, but whatever. Actually, no not whatever, just you know, think about that.

I think that is not her. I think the real her is much, much heavier than that woman was. And her particular hangups lead me to believe that she is white. Maybe even a white teenaged/early 20-something girl. Only overweight and not "pretty" in the way she thinks she is supposed to be. I think she turned herself into the girls who made her feel like crap in school. I am only guessing about all this stuff, but that is what struck me at the time. This is not really relevant to your comment, but y'know. :)

I totally wanted to talk with someone about the Candice thing and I think that's a brilliant take on it. It's clear she doesn't look like the body she has right now, especially when Micah was all how can you eat like that and look like that and she was all, "I don't." That was very telling, I was almost compelling to write a story about it. Okay, I *am* compelled, but I just don't have the time right now. *sigh* So many stories and NO time. Typical.

Oh yeah, the show... well, as a Peter fan, I do agree that his scenes with Claire felt pretty 'meh'. Mostly because they felt like a rehash of the same dialogue from the previous week. Kring is trying to maintain tension, but also keep Peter in a holding pattern until the big fight and it sort of shows. However, Peter yelling out the window at traffic like a true New Yorker was awesome.

Overall, I thought it was good. The father-son, slo-mo sword-fighting felt jarring, but I agree with alot of what you posted. Especially the hot-factor. Adrian and Zach were off the charts last night.

Also, has anyone seen this pic yet? Adrian+Undone tux+groupie looking like they've been violated=total win.

He totally was. They manscaped Zach Quinto or something last night, something looked different about him. Maybe they trimmed those caterpillars he calls eyebrows down a notch. He was smoking.

Sadly, Mohinder/Sylar is my secondary ship. I'm not sure how it happened. It just sort of snuck up on me. It all has to do with Sylar being wicked evil and Mohinder being pretty and stupid. I so agree Mohinder is only alive due to Sylar's crush on him.

Dude, I saw the Heidi being healed by Linderman thing coming a mile away. As soon as I found out he could heal I expected this to be coming. I think I may have rolled my eyes at it.

DL putting his hand in Linderman's head was totally cool. I thought he'd rip his heart out, so I was mildly surprised. It was cool and I'm glad he's dead.

I can't wait until Monday. I'm so looking forward to the finale and yet dreading it. I don't want my favorite characters to die. Yet, I want to know what's going to happen. The Suspense!
