Milo has rules about Adrian and his video recorder and The Awesome According to Adrian YouTube Show. He'll let Adrian shoot as much footage of him as much as he wants to and he'll show up whenever, wherever, and give Adrian a date, time and serial number, but Adrian can't shoot anything with Milo naked.

Adrian also can't shoot Milo when his skin doesn't look good.

And under no circumstances is Adrian allowed to put footage of Shia and Milo on YouTube. Shia and Milo are not for public consumption, unless you buy a copy of The Frayed Edge on DVD and the WGA gets their three cents.

However, Adrian doesn't think any of those rules apply if Shia's the one who lets him in the house and tells him that Milo's upstairs asleep, and that Shia's not responsible for anything else that might show up on the internet.

Adrian starts recording before he's even over the threshold.

"Does this mean I can shoot you guys having sex?" Adrian asks, a mischievous grin poking around the sides of the camcorder.

Shia snorts and Adrian zooms in as Shia pulls out the cigarette that's behind his ear. "I think recording us fucking might be a bit of a touchy area with your wife," Shia says, cigarette lightly held between his lips. "Especially if we require audience participation."

Adrian sighs loudly. "I had to try."

"Yeah, well, don't try too hard," Shia warns. "You're pretty, but he belongs to me."

Adrian raises an eyebrow. "So young and so possessive."

Shia rolls his eyes and produces a lighter from somewhere on his personage.

"No smoking in the house," Milo's voice warns from behind Adrian and when he turns around Milo's descending the stairs in his boxers. And nothing else.

Milo freezes on the third to last step. "I thought I said no video at home!" he hollers.

The camera doesn't lie, and Adrian has to lower the viewing screen to get a better look at what he's seeing. It's not the muscles or the way Milo's hair is sticking up in eighteen different directions. This is something else completely.

"Did you do that?" Adrian glances briefly at Shia over his shoulder.

"It better not have been somebody else," Shia says cryptically, sticking his cigarette back behind his right ear.

"I said no fucking video," Milo repeats tetchily, but Adrian can't stop staring at the giant hickey on Milo's neck. It's like a red beacon calling for his attention. Although that's nothing compared to the red scratches that are crisscrossing Milo's chest.

"You play kinda rough, don't you?" Adrian says admiringly, lowering the camera to chest height. He's not looking though the view finder. That doesn't mean he's turned off the camera.

"I think he can take it," Shia says firmly, crossing in front of the video, his back to the camera. That's sin number one in acting.

Shia's blocks the shot to climb up the stairs and greet Milo.

That's sin number two in acting.

"Is that thing off?" Milo demands, even as Shia grabs Milo around the neck and kisses him messily. It's loud and wet and obscene. It's like Adrian stepped into a scene from The Frayed Edge. He told Natalie he'd bought two copies of the DVD for moral support; maybe that was a lie.

He can't figure out if he should be watching them or watching the camera to see if he's getting all of this on tape.

"Don't worry about that tape," Shia pulls away with a wet smack, and Milo makes this hissing sound. "Worry about the other eight we've already made."

According to the video that Adrian's totally not taking, Shia just dragged his nails down Milo's chest, which is probably why it takes him a minute to catch up with the conversation. "Eight tapes?" he thinks his incredulousness is coming through perfectly. "You've made EIGHT sex tapes?!"

Milo scowls at Shia. "And this is why I don’t want you taping us together. He can't keep his mouth shut."

Shia laughs and slaps Milo on the ass, which is a little bit too hot for Adrian. "You weren't complaining about that last night."

Milo's nostrils flare and he narrows his eyes. "I'm going upstairs to get dressed, and I swear to god, Adrian, if you put that tape on the internet I will hunt you down and cut off your dick and your wife will never forgive me."

Shia spanks Milo again as he goes back upstairs. Milo rolls his eyes. Adrian can only watch and twitch subtly.

"He wasn't this violent before he met you," Adrian says finally turning off the camera after Milo's gone.

Shia laughs. "Yeah, well, is this the part of the video where I say what day it is?"

Adrian ponders for a moment. "Yeah, let's go outside and I'll shoot some footage of your driveway."

Shia laughs again. "You're very existentialist. You should hang out with Viggo some time."

"If he's responsible for you two, I'm not sure I could take the strain."

"It's a Tuesday," Shia says, opening the door, "this is our life."

Adrian grins. "That was great, but the camera's off."

It's Shia's turn to sigh. "That's so typical Hollywood -- actors always waiting on the director."

Adrian laughs. "No, two gay guys, that's typical Hollywood."

"I'm not gay," Shia protests as the screen door slams behind them. "I just sleep with Milo." Shia lights his cigarette finally and takes a deep inhalation.

"Judging by the way he looked, I don't think you're doing much sleeping," Adrian says slyly as they cut through the trees that block the house from prying eyes and TMZ cameras.

Shia shrugs. "Making all those sex tapes takes a lot of dedication."

"Well, you are definitely that."

"We try."

Adrian thinks about how Milo was before he met Shia. Milo would go to event after event on his own and his face always looked tight, as though he were enduring instead of enjoying. He doesn't look that way now. He doesn't go to as many events either. He looks happier.

"If you're happy, you can't ask for anything more," Adrian says with some finality as they get to the gated entrance to the driveway. Shia nods and holds out his hand for the camera.

"Okay, say it again," Shia says, holding up the camera to record Adrian.

Adrian laughs. "If you're happy, you can't ask for anything more," he says when Shia gives him the thumbs up.

Shia turns the camera on himself. "And it's Tuesday. Don't forget that."
