Oh my fricking GAWD! David Simon is The MAN! Apparently he's also got a pilot into HBO about a group of musicians in Post-Katrina New Orleans. They better pick it up.

3) The young girl in the Clinton 3 a.m. ads is an Obama supporter! I love it.

4) sparky77 and I have been talking about the awesome factor of Ianto Jones and George Clooney having alien babies together. I know SGA fandom has some sort of alien artifact baby maker, I don't see why Ianto and George can't borrow it to have babies of their own. Adorable alien babies with tailored clothing! maystone has been at me forever to watch The Wire and she has now promised to find me the first season so that I can watch and don't have to listen to her telling me how brilliant and amazing it is and how sad it is that I haven't seen it. She also said that two of the lead actors are apparently going horse back riding across the country together which is all sorts of awesome and adorable.
