HAPPY BIRTHDAY [livejournal.com profile] serialkarma!!!

IMO, this may be the single greatest month for TV ever. Not only is Burn Notice* back, but there are also premieres for Psych, Mad Men**, Run's House, Generation Kill^, Project Runway and new episodes of In Plain Sight and Weeds.

Dude, I haven't watched this much TV since I was in grade school. Maybe I need a fucking chart.

*There's a Burn Notice marathon on right now or you can see the whole series on line to catch up before next week's S2 premiere

**Mad Men is also available On Demand before the premiere next week. You know, as an FYI.

^ Generation Kill is the new series from the creator of The Wire about soldiers over in Iraq and if you don't know what The Wire is, man, don't talk to me.

A chart is such a good idea. Much better than the Post-Its I stick on my mirror to remind me when shows are on.

Hahaha, since my guy and I don't have tv and we torrent everything I ended up making a spreadsheet of the shows we watch because trying to remember what you used to watch on Mondays is a pain in the ass.

May I humbly submit The Middleman as an entirely unexpected, and utterly fannish and awesome summer delight?

Dude, am totally going to be checking out Generation Kill. SHIT, like I need another fucking tv show right now. Remember when summer meant waiting until the good seasons to come back?

I finally got to watching Mad Men when they started from the beginning this summer and crap, sometimes that show hurts in ways I can't even compute. So bad in such a good way. *flails a little*

Keep a chart, it's Very Helpful. *nods* Yay for In Plain Sight, I hadn't expected to like it. :O) Her mother though? I think I would've kicked her to the curb by now. At least I would like to think I would've but knowing that family is family, not likely.
