artist appreciation day

it's like this: i have nothing i wish to write about right now, however, this state of affairs is apparently unacceptable as i owe birthday and christmas anti-grinch day fics. but, you know, when you're cold you're cold. so. i propose this:

i want to try my hand at visual inspiration. normally, i go for titles and songs, but i'm thinking something i can *see* might work for this occasion. so, if you find/draw/create the picture/graphic/whatever that you think is interesting, and you want a story/drabble to go with it, drop it here, tell me what your fandom (HP & SV only, y'all) is and i'll see if i can deliver. i'm not saying i can do everything, and if somebody spots an idea they wanna try, i'm not trying to cockblock, the more the merrier. think of this as open to all parties involved type business.

in other news this made me laugh so hard i cried. fearlessdiva has posted a rewrite of the last part of ToS, and holographis has some seriously killer HP that y’all need to read. And no, I’m not just saying that cos I beta’d it.

Okay. Visual. Get naked, look in the mirror, and say to yourself 'I am sexy'. The natural progression should go something like... sexy, sexy Lexy,(and since you associate yourself with Lex's inner drives, you know it's Clark you want.), use your body for inspiration, thus taking fic writing to a whole new level in self expression. I am not being sick or anything, be an artist, emerge yourself in what you write, become the inspiration as well as the inspired.

::lowers voice confessional style:: i'm cheap. really. i'd be honoured by whatever you did. i tend to have an unhealthy attraction to all things draco and/or harry related, but the two don't necessarily have to be together. of course i'm also quite partial to oliver and marcus and well, pretty much everybody.

Hehe, all right. I had a good idea for a picture today, but I wasn't about to draw it in the middle of class, considering people won't leave me alone if I'm drawing normal things (read: incestuous elves...) So...perhaps later tonight if I successfully evade my Spanish and German homework. :)
