Billy looks sort of evil there, I like it. I have seen that pic before. I seem to have a ton of Billy lovers on my friends' list.

I got the image from this icon site (http://www.iconorama.co.uk/) that has a bazillion LOTR icons just waiting for text. It gave me hot flashes. Also, I like him looking sinister, hence the text.
