Can I get some assistance, please?

I was going to ask lj_maintenance about this, but since I know you lot know more than they do, and are more likely to answer my question, is anybody else getting this when they try to respond to comments from their email/gmail accounts. More importantly how do you make it go away?

This message has just gone up on support:

LiveJournal's feature for replying to comments in email is not working properly for Gmail users. This is due to a recent change at Gmail that is out of LiveJournal's control. If you are affected by this problem, you will need to reply to comments at the site directly, or use a different email service. (Note that LiveJournal does not guarantee that this feature will work for everyone, due to the many differences between email providers and clients. For more information, or if you use a provider other than Gmail, see the reply-by-email troubleshooting tips.)

I believe this means we now need to complain to Gmail.

I have the same problem! on both JF and LJ, and it started 2 days ago. I;ve been going roundabout by going back to the page, and I have no clue where this is suddenly coming from. but since it does it on both sites I would guees it's not a change on LJ, more like a chnage on gmail though which ones, beats me.

I;m using Firefox, wondred if there was a connection too? B ut then it used to work earlier, so....
