+ First of all, to whomever brightened up my day with that lovely flower, thank you.

+ Secondly, does anybody have Prince's 'The Ballad of Dorothy Parker' and 'Anotherloverholenyohead'? ETA: Also, I'm in the market for Hooverphonic and Anna Nalick.

+ Thirdly, on BSG, I will only say, hotass. On, GA, well, George is love. George is SO MUCH LOVE.

+ Fourthly, I know the RPS I write tends to be a really convulted mess of twisted fact and crack, but sometimes, you know, it's not so crackish.

Take for example, the Legendary Toothy Tile. Now, Mr Tile hasn't been mentioned by Ted lately, but, everyone and their grandparents have seen the photos of that girl from One Tree Hill with Mr Gyllenhaal. As I'm not a Gyllenhaal fan -- except for my nefarious Ari-laden purposes -- I'd gone past it.

However, [livejournal.com profile] stupidtrucks pointed me towards these photos of said starlet with Austin Nichols in the *same* location, and well, y'all remember Austin, right?

He's the boyfriend that Jake had in The Incredibly True Adventures of Four Stars, Two Actors in Love and One Gay Landmark.

And of course, this could totally be coincidence, because these things happen, but then why is OTH girl wearing the same outfit in the phots with Jake and Austin, unless the three of them were at the beach *together*? And where was she when Jake and Austin went to the Lakers game on Friday?

Things that make you go 'hmmmm', kids. Really.

Also, isn't my icon keen? [livejournal.com profile] slodwick made it!

Heh. I totally thought of you when I saw those pictures. It's like you write it and it happens. Tom Brady is going to be really sad when he shows up at the bookstore and I am not there. *shakes head*

If that were true... and then I got ten million dollars, and married Aaron Douglas. Or the guy that plays Helo. Or T.R. Knight, and totally lived mostly-sanely and content for the rest of my days. Amen.

Oh, and then Bush was impeached and the Democrats ruled for ever and ever, which wasn't necessarily great, but was sure of a hell lot better than anything happening right now. And the rest of the world didn't hate the US anymore. And we got out of Iraq. And then I went back to London. Amen.

Oh, and don't forget about the curing cancer and AIDS and ending racism and sexism and homophobia and all that good shit. Amen for real this time.

I'll have to dig through my files, but I'm pretty sure I have both Prince songs.

You can never have too much Prince! That's like saying you had too much chocolate. Just not possible. ;)

Thank you, sweetie!

I'm still searching for "Sign O the Times" - I know I have it, I just have no idea where it might be. If you find it elsewhere, grab it, but if not, I shall have it for you ASAP. And do let me know if there's any more of his stuff you need - I'm for sure your girl when it comes to the man and his proteges. Hee.

Dude, Jake Gyllenhaal and/or Austin Nichols are so much better than her stupid ex-husband. Maybe they've got some kind of a love triangle going on, where they all hang out together and sometimes they kiss and sleep together or something.

EITHER WAY, it's the best feeling in the WORLD when RPS comes to life.

Her name is SOPHIA BUSH, and she is my WB girlfriend. Come on, get with the program. How long have I been singing her praises on that shit show? WHY MUST YOU IGNORE ME?

Also, please consider this my personal plea for you to write threesome RPS about all of them for me, because if you don't, I might, and I would like it better if you did. Plus I can email you all sorts of juicy stuff about the circumstances under which she and CMM divorced and why she totally deserves to be the filling in a Jake/Austin sandwich.

Seriously, I am so gay for her.

Also, man, how gay is photo number 9 at the Lakers game, where they're holding hands? And Sophia is totally wearing man's shorts in that photo of her and Jake taking their dogs out together - I don't know how I missed that before! I think I was caught up in how cute it was that she was bending down and kissing Boo The Puggle in some of the photos. And then I was excited that they take their three dogs out together.

Oh, I am all aflutter.

I know all this, I just choose to ignore it, because she doesn't answer to the name of Starbuck. Frou frou WB stars are not my speed, you know this. Feel free to write away. And you know, I already have that divorce info. Hell, his ass cheated before the wedding, everyone knows that, and she married him anyway. That is what I call 'not bright.'

George is love. George is SO MUCH LOVE.

George is love with love on top, floating in a vast ocean of love, with love raining down from the heavens to add even more love to the love.

I'm thisclose to the point where I'll just squeal "GEORGE!" at the tv the way I do "CHIEF!"

I was actually shrieking George before I was shrieking Chief, but I know what you mean. I see Neville Longbottom, Galen and George as being the same breed of man, which really explains my love for them in a nutshell.
