2. NBC announced their summer schedules, and MERLIN (yes, that Merlin) has been bumped from Winter 2009 to this summer. In fact, Merlin will premiere on NBC on June 21st at 8pm. Put it in your Crackberries.

3. Last night, everybody's Favorite Jewish Boyfriend (TM) (no, the other one) Jon Stewart, took Jim Cramer from CNBC out in the street and delivered the kind of awesome verbal smackdown that will require five minutes alone in a quiet place.

4. Leave Michael Phelps the fuck alone. It was weed, not ground up baby seals, people! Jesus, the hypocrisy burns, Matt Lauer who suspiciously traded in his last wife for a younger model.

5. Just two more episodes of BSG? Really?! SADNESS!

6. GK people, is PJ's interview from The Guardian up yet? I cannot find it among the 15,000 links on the website.

6. Is it time for summer telly yet? because I have nothing to watch until then. Really. No Mad Men, Leverage, Burn Notice, Psych, Merlin (yet again), Desperate Housewives of Atlanta... Tabitha's Salon Takeover (oh, come that's hysterical). Right now I have...zero shows. (BSG is nearly gone). Sadness. I shall go watch Skins or something. Also, 2 people who love(d) Skins, I had a dream the other night where Maxxie was in bed with Tony, but Tony's an ass, so this was distressing as hell.

trolleys work is nothing short of inspirational (I saw that art with Arthur wearing Glasses and hope to write about it, before say, 2010) and I hope you will encourage her to make more.

So, I never actually got to use Write or Die, because of alethialia, who is a fucking BAD, err awesome influence. Apparently I have no words unless they involve Layla Colbert Fick. Go figure. I am not a morning person. No, like, for real, SO not a morning person. I had a thought that was going there, but mostly at this point I am all just blathering. Points of interest:

a) I posted my picfor1000 story, which is Chuck Happiness Was Never Really Our Success, which I apologise madly for if you tried to read it yesterday. There was a bit of a coding snafu, which cut out, like seven lines, which, when dealing with 1000 words, kind of relevant.

b) All Hail Generation Kill people! UK goers, GK started airing on FX like yesterday, so you know, FUCKING WATCH IT. Ahem. And the rest of us are required (yes, by me) to read bluflamingo's Yuletide Resolution story Seagulls and Sand, which takes place when Nate goes to visit Brad in the UK. Ah, GK fen, we do not turn out a lot of work (I have complaints about this), but what we do churn out I enjoy immensely. No lie. Maybe I need to check out the GK-based resolutions myself. Hmmm.

c) Speaking of small but mighty fandoms, Leverage folk, OMG THE ALEC/ELIOT Y'ALL ARE WRITING IS THE BOMB! Naturally, I (biasedly) recommend everything sparky77 has written (Leverage/O11 people), as well as with_a_key's work (esp this story), and this story by merle_p and this story by darkeyedwolf.
